Chain of title determines who is the owner. Whomever buys the 1st, senior, foreclosure will be the owner......remember the 2nd TD was SUBJECT TO all senior liens and encumberances.

Missouri must have one very active foreclosure market...have seen lots of NO BIDDER sales. Some property is not worth the time and effort to clean it up and sell.

Ever try to clean up a former Meth Lab?....DON'T
