Innovest Resource Management BBB Business Review

Re: New house during foreclosure

Have you considered a real estate investor? They may be able to buy your current home and put money in your pocket to help you stop the foreclosure, which would make it easier to buy your new home. Since a private real estate investor is not associated with a realtor or mortgage company, there are no commissions or fees, and the process is much quicker. Often times, they can close within a week or two. If that doesn't work, move forward with the purchase of the new home before your current home forecloses.
