Thank you Scott hope you are having a good day. I guess he took the purchase contract to his SS appointment and they told him it would affect his benefits. I believe he gets mediciad etc. also. Regarding other benefits, do they look at the loan staying under his name as an asset even though he doesnt make payments? Thanks.
