The short answer to your qulestion: yes, federal bankruptcy courts regularly interfere with state actions.

The longer answer for your specific situation is: I don't know what the priorities are. I'd start by discussing the question with an attorney who handles unlawful detainers. You may not get a straight answer there, either. I suspect the problem is too complex for this board.
