Understand your point, but I still don’t see any reference to the 7/10 & 7/20 business in the posting. If things happened as you suggest, it would be very sneaky and carefully orchestrated by the attorney. As always, title companies have the final say. It only takes one title company who’s willing to issue a title commitment. If no title company is willing to insure, then I would go back to the trustee/lender, ask for a refund, and let them re-foreclose or do a quiet title action. Time is of the essence.
