Re: Help- Foreclosed owner quits claims to various trusts prior to sale

The quit claim game actually has huge impact on your eviction processing. I know an investor got his money locked in an auctioned property over 8 months now. The previous home owners quit claim'ed a portion of the deed of trust which was auctioned off to a third party "prior" to the auction. His UD action got stopped in the court. Now he is asking the bank to take that property back.
