Help- Foreclosed owner quits claims to various trusts prior to sale

I purchased a property at TS the person on deed of trust has quitclaimed deed to several people prior to sale. It seems that the foreclosed person does not live there anymore. I have given 3 day notice to quit due to foreclosure but there has been no response. After talking to the neighbors it seems that someone else lives there. Whom does the notices need to be send to. The following is the timeline of the transactions:

HOA recorded the HOA lien for missing HOA dues

Owner of record given grant deed to co trustee A of trust XYZ

Owner of record given grant deed to co trustee B of trust XYZ

Owner of record given grant deed to co trustee C of trust XYZ

11-29-2010
HOA files lien against owner and co trustees A, B and C of trust XYZ

06-24-2011
Owner of record given grant deed to trust X and herself as co trustee

11-28-2011
Owner of record given grant deed to trust Y and herself as co trustee

09-06-2012
NOD filed again owner

10-01-2012
Owner of record quit claims herself from trust X, trust Y, and trust XYZ

06-13-2013
NTS FILED AND SALE HELD ON JULY 10th
