Just called Auction.com directly to get info on a specific property. They said that they will NOT provide sales price, 'have to wait for buyer to record deed at Recorder's Office and look it up yourself'. They will tell you whether it sold or not. Sometimes the paid foreclosure data services provide the information timely but otherwise you have to try to find it on the trustee website, if they provide the information.
