Re: Auction site at 1380 Harbor Island Drive in San Diego

This is the new location for Auction.com sales. They only have sales every 2 weeks or so. The main trustee selling properties at that site is Recontrust. Recontrust does not provide any postponement reasons on their website, if a property is cancelled it just dissappears off the website with no explanation and I have never been able to find sales information on prior sales whether it goes back to the bank or purchased by a 3rd party. Everything seems to go into a black hole.

I have not been successful in trying to find sales results on Auction.com website either. Maybe someone else knows how to find sales info from Auction.com.
