Need A Professional Trustee For Land Trust- Ward, stil do that?

We are still wholesaling REOs, and they now often have a 60 day deed restriction. We would like to use a professional trustee and I thought I recalled Ward doing that several years back. If not, is there a professional trustee you know of? Thank you, Kurtis
