When dealing with a preforeclosure, do any of you take title prior to negotiating a short sale? Do you only deal with preforeclosures if the person has equity? Since alot of homes going into foreclosure are upside down. Your feedback is appreciated. Look forward to someday taking some of Wards courses, a true mentor. God bless and happy Friday.
