How To Properly Fill Out PCOR

Hello All:

We wholesaled an REO. Since the lender didn't let us change title, our end buyer whom we have a good relationship with went ahead and funded it in our name. Now we are deeding it over to them. What is the correct way to fill out the PCOR to justify not paying the transfer tax again?

I checked this box "yes" and then wrote the following in the blank, but it feels like there's gotta be a cleaner way.

B. Is this transaction only a correction of the name(s) of the person(s) holding title to the property (for example, a name change upon marriage)? Please explain
"XYZ Corp purchased and paid full transfer tax-bank did not allow title change so now correctng titl"

I know, lame- what's a better way to do this?...THNX A MIL!
