Got wrong info from title on purchasing a property, found out about a first loan after auction purchase. I told them and they said "no such thing" and went ahead and insured it for a resale. Now they are suing me why there was a first and I didn't tell them!! Need an attorney with title experience.

You really need to give us a hint of your location in order for us to give you a meaningful legal referral.
