Last Ditch Deed Out?

I'm looking at a property and seeing a deed recorded about 5 days before the trustee sale. I haven't seen this type of thing before, but I am sure you all have an answer for this one. Owner and wife Grant Deed at $0 value to 13 'family' members. Why would they waste their time doing this right before the foreclosure? They actually stated on the Deed 'bona fide gift to family members'.

I don't see any bankruptcies filed for the grantees, so I cannot think of any other game that is being played?
