SCHMOOZA-PALOOZA Reunion Chili Fest

Everyone who attends Ward's annual reunion is invited to the chili fest and Schmooza-Palooza at Zaca Ranch Preserve.

We'll have maps and directions available when you check in at the registration table at Ward's reunion. This event is about a half-hour drive from the Pechanga resort in Temecula, in nearby De Luz Canyon.

Meet with other investors in an intimate setting at the lodge near the big fireplace or in dozens of private retreat areas on the property
Learn what others are doing to adapt to their market and their niches
Enjoy the fellowship of Ward, Norise, Eric and their family
Discover people who are just like you who are making a quality life from working all different sides of foreclosure real estate

Bring: sweaters (hey, it's February) and avoid open-toe shoes or sandals if you wish to walk around the creeks, canyons and oak and sycamore groves.

We'll have several kinds of chili (sorry, no vegan this year) and lots of soft drinks. If you want to drink something harder, plan on bringing your own.

We're starting around 5:00 PM on Saturday Feb 25th and go till about 9 PM
