How long can my renters stay after foreclosure sale? Trejo Law Corporation told me 90 days. Is this true?

My house was recently foreclosed earlier this month. I have a renter in the property so I'm mainly afraid of what's going to happen to them. I got some advice and was told that they can't kick my renters out right away. I contacted Trejo Law Corporation and they said federal law is 90 days for renters. I'm trying to do some research and I found something on renters that Obama signed a couple years ago to help renters in foreclosure. Has anyone else read this?
