Are you selling it to your partnership or merely transferring for your own reasons and benefits?

If it's not a sale, and there is -0- money involved, reference it as such. You are transferring it and no consideration involved. You're paying -0- for the equity that's being transferred from one entity to another. Make certain you reference the correct R &T code for your State & County.

You may want to consult your tax advisor, in case there are any negative ramifications of such a transfer, as well as any tax "opportunities" that are beyonfd the scope of this forum.
