There have been some ex-owners that have shown up at San Diego steps. The auctioneer tells them that they cannot disrupt, although sometimes they want to try to talk to him and he just tells them he cannot speak to them. Once a couple held up a sign telling bidders that there was some issue with their loan and they were going to sue - trying to dissuade owners, but the property got postponed anyway.
