You don't really point us in any particular direction for advise, i.e, what type of advice are you seeking? Direction?

If you're trying to salvage something for the value of your note, you could try selling the Note, swapping it for something that you want, find a would-be gas station operator who would like to stand in your shoes, complete the foreclosure and run the business.

If you're looking for legal advice, I think this is a pretty specialized area of law, plus, since we don't know you as a regular poster, we don't know where (on earth) this business is.

In short, ask better questions that define what you want. We'll try to help or get you pointed in the right direction for better resources.
