Contact for IRS????

I am trying to get a lien released. Does anyone have a phone number that does not lead to a que and an endless wait? The lien did not have a revenue officer's name attached, but the number provided went to the same switchboard that everyone in the US uses for general information.

Or do I have to make all inquiries via fax????
