Welcome all. I'm strongly in favor of the PHP format as it requires posters to be more accountable as, presumably, it'll be necessary to at least disclose a consistent online name or 'handle.'

Personally, I'm much more interested in discussing actual deals, current or historical, and ways to monetize opportunites. Also, techniques, strategies and tactics employed that are effective (or were not). And especially, title challenges. As much as I like to tease and admonish newbies, I think this new format will foster a positive, supportive environment for foreclosure and other distressed real estate investors to create an intelligent, online community. Hopefully, Ward's enthusiasm to participate more earnestly will be fired up!
