I assume both your parents have died, leaving you as the trustee and the beneficiary. You don't need to do anything right now. When you decide to sell the house, be sure the listing agreement shows the trust as the owner, you can sign the agreement as Trustee. When it is time for the actual sale the Title company will tell you exactly what you need to do and the Escrow officer will prepare the needed forms.
