I have been preparing to conduct my first real estate wholesale deal, looking at a house in a great neighborhood with an ARV of $187,000 and a foreclosure amount of $138,000 would this be considered a good deal to look at? What would an ideal offer be on this house? I was thinking around $88,000... Any help would be extremely appreciated!
