How to start as a newbie

Hello my name is Kriston J Prater and my interest is to
Learn how to do pre foreclosure or wholesale selling.

I will be in a unique opportunity in my life where
I will have time and space to investigate stuff and connect
seller and buyers using whatever techniques I can learn here by talking.

I like the idea of having to do the footwork without all the liability of
cash ownership to sell a property.

I currently live in Oklahoma in a rural area.
May be moving back to Reno NV where real estate might not be
exactly the best opportunity but has hidden gems maybe.
