An almost impossible situation.

1. do you know that you will be the successful buyer at the auction.

2. do you know that there will be any equity to sell after the sale

3. do you know which TD is foreclosing. What if it is a 2nd or 3rd?

4. what do you do if you are successful at the sale and there is NOTHING as equity for your position?

5 Who do you hve in mind to buy from you if there is NO equity to sell?

6. What is your get out plan?
