Personal Property Left Behind After Trustee Sale

October 25, 2015 06:05PM
Hello,
I am about to try to purchase a property at auction in CA. The property has a ton of stuff left behind, both outside and inside. I have a pretty good understanding of California Civil Code 1980, however don't understand what to do with theproperty if not all of it is sold at a public auction. Are items that are not sold allowed to be then thrown in the trash?
