Innovest Resource Management BBB Business Review

MERS class action

October 13, 2011 01:11PM
I have a sale going today in CA that has a lis pendens due to a class action lawsuit against Bank of America trying to claim transfer of deed of trust without paper trail is unlawful and their lien is void.

Have any of you bought a foreclosure with this nonsense involved? Were you able to get title insurance when you resold it?
