'Subject To' Purchase On A Reverse Mortgage

I've had a few good subject to opportunities where the financing is in the form of a reverse mortgage but didn't do anything because I didn't undersand the repercussions - I have one such deal I really want to move on...does anyone have any insight on any pitfalls with buying subject to the existing financing for a reverse mortgage? This would be for a fix and flip, no intention to hold it...thank you in advance. Kurtis
