Rescission of Sale - Refund plus interest

Because I am settling with a Trustee on a rescinded sale I am requesting a refund with interest (etc.). I have heard the interest rate is 7 and 10 percent.

Does anyone know which it is, and where in the California Code or Case Law that rate is established?
