I don't know the answer for PA, however that does not preclude me from having an opinion.

In my State, CA, when vesting contains more than one entity or natural person, absent any instructions to the contrary, vesting would be tenants-in-common, without any other rights of survivors beyond that which is statutory,(by law).

As to probate, it would depend on the local PA laws relating to transfer of decedent's interest to beneficiaries (with Will) or intestate heirs (without a will)/
