Innovest Resource Management BBB Business Review

Can you tell me why they did this??

August 05, 2013 09:15PM
I have been doing real estate foreclosure and rehab in addition to tax liens for some time and I thought I had seen it all.

Have had tenants and foreclosured owners

1. Take a sledge hammer to a cast iron bathtub.

2. Take same sledge hammer to ceramic toilet.

3. Pour paint on what was beautiful hardwood floors.

4. Poison the well in a a rural home.

5. Empty the watebed in the house in sub-zero wx in Montana,'

6. Take the mini-blinds that were custom cut for the windows.

7. Broken windows and smashed mirrors do not count...too routine.

8.....THe list could go on and on.....

However, I am currently working on rehabbing a foreclosure and can find no rhyme or reason for them BREAKING every window lock in the house. They are pot metal, not plastic, and had to be deliberately broken with pliers, plus they not cheap to replace.....what is next?
