"Buying Before the Trustee's Sale" - MP3 Audio File
© 2008 Ward Hanigan, 4.5 hours +
$21.00 through PayPal
This is a 4 hour plus recording of Ward Hanigan's presentation to the County Records Research seminar in Huntington Beach, CA on Tuesday, September 30, 2008. The topic is "Buying Before the Trustee's Sale". The audio was recorded using an Olympus WS-311M recorder and converted to mp3 format for use with an mp3 player, or smartphone, or you can play it on your computer. The recording starts out a bit tinny, but gets better.
Ward talks for over four hours. The are no breaks in the recording; Ward turned it on at the start of the seminar and left in on until the end, meaning you'll hear questions during the break and questions after he goes outside during the "lamplight lecture".
We get lots of questions asking if this audio file is any different from the other audio file seminars of the same topic. The answer is: Yes and No. The seminar covers the same basic information, but questions from the audience are bound to be different.
Dropbox Delivery: (signing up for DropBox is optional, we can share a link with you instead, see below)
Dropbox is a great, free service that allows us to electronically send your files to you pretty quickly after we discover you've ordered something. Here's an explanation of how we're using it with our training grads:
If you don't already have Dropbox, we'd like you to sign up with this link (we'll both get an extra 500MB for free!)
Once you have Dropbox installed, share a folder with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll drop your audio files in your Dropbox. Give it a few to sync up and there you go!
Alternatively, we can share a folder with the email address you used to pay, and/or send you a Dropbox link to the audio.
