Payment Methods
If you mail in a payment, we accept personal checks, money orders, or bank checks. We also accept online payments through Paypal. We do not have a merchant account at this time and so do not collect or store credit card information from you.

Shipping
Shipping rates are listed for each product on the item details page. In most cases, we ship the same business day for orders placed before 4 PM Pacific time. At worst, you can expect shipment on the next business day. Items are shipped by first class mail. If we have your email address, we will email you to let you know it's on it's way.

Taxes
Currently, we are paying the 7.75% sales tax for those purchasing from California.

Returns
All sales final. Due to the nature of CD products, there will be no refunds on CD purchases. However, if your product is damaged, it can be exchanged for a non-damaged product. You will be reimbursed $1.00 for your mailing cost to mail in a defective product.

Cookies
We do not place cookies on your computer. However, if you pay through Paypal, they use cookies in their business practices. Please review Paypal's policies if you have concerns.
