This is a 3 hour 30 minute recording of Ward Hanigan's presentation to County Records Research in Huntington Beach, CA on Tuesday, July 19, 2005. The topic is "Buying at the Trustee's Sale". The audio was recorded using an Olympus DM-1 recorder in DSS format (Digital Speech Standard). A wav version is also included.

This CD only works on your computer!! It will not work in a CD player, due to the drivers needed to decompress the recording and the length. The CD will come with both Mac and PC DSS players.

Ward talks for over three hours. The are no breaks in the recording; Ward turned it on at the start of the seminar and left in on until the end. There are 3 1/2 minutes of blank space at the start of the recording!!

We get lots of questions asking if this CD is any different from the other CD seminars of the same topic. The answer is: Yes and No. The seminar covers the same basic information, but questions from the audience are bound to be different.
