This is a 4 hour recording of Ward Hanigan's presentation to County Records Research in Huntington Beach, CA on Tuesday, June 15, 2004. The topic is Foreclosures, with an emphasis on his door knocking approach when talking with trustors in foreclosure. Includes handouts in PDF format. The audio was recorded using an Olympus DM-1 recorder in DSS format (Digital Speech Standard).

This CD only works on your computer!! It will not work in a CD player, due to the drivers needed to decompress the recording. The CD will come with both Mac and PC DSS players.

Ward talks for roughly four hours. The foreclosure process in California is in the first half and the role playing is near the end. During the last hour or two, Ward is outside so the quality diminishes, but you can still clearly hear Ward. The questions from those he's talking to might be hard to hear.

We get lots of questions asking if this CD is any different from the other CD seminars of the same topic. The answer is: Yes and No. The seminar covers the same basic information, but questions from the audience are bound to be different.
