The people have some static in their phone line that the phone co says is inside. They have been in the home for over a year with no phone problems. What is our responsibility? They have some young boys that we can envision playing with the jacks - but obviously cannot prove anything. The home is on a concrete slab foundation. Any suggestions?? Many Thanks!!
