Staying focused

Posted by Gary Pascua on August 08, 2003 at 0:07 AM

I understand why you recommended newbies stick with a particular geographic area at first, then branch out later after gaining experience. It does seem a bit overwhelming to try and sift through properties, although it's hard not to because they all seem like great opportunities.

But, what do you think about trying to purchase junior liens at a discount? Like anyone else new to this, I'm limited on cash and trying to find ways to get into the hunt without alot of money. Do you think it's a viable option or is it something you happen to luck into? I'll have to say, door knocking is a whole new experience, but fun! Thanks.
