You mean the regulars bought stuff they didn't want for more than market value to prevent others from buying? : Today I remember a couple who attended trustee sales for several months this year. They had tried to bid many many times, and those regulars refused to give them any chances. After may be 20+ tries, they finally gave up and disappeared.
