Like I asked above, does this mean they buy stuff overpriced to discourage other bidders? Or is it some other kind of behaviour? I've never been a believer in unfair competition because in the end, it's the price that settles the issue. Regulars can't be buying too many non-deals to discourage competition, because it's counter productive. If they are overbidding, how much are we talking here? And why wouldn't the newbie keep bidding up as well. : It is the fact that how regulars treat newbies to protect themselves from more competition. : What I meant was that the couple should continue to be persistent. They gave up just one minute before they would be treated fairly. : Skimmer
