: I've read a lot of the old posts but still can't get a handle on
: the seasoning requirements right now for FHA and conventional
: financing. If you buy at TS and list the property right after
: recording, are deals getting done/properties getting sold? Who to?
: Any FHA buyers?

FHA has 90 day title requirements. You cannot enter into a contract with an FHA buyer until 90 days after recorded ownership. Most of the conventional lenders also have that requirement. However, you can sometimes get around the requirement with lenders if have done substantial rehab and go through a laborious process and make copies of all receipts, etc. They will take that into consideration.
