: : This is hard for me to believe. I've accumulated all the data for all the trustee sales in OC for the last 6 months. The average holding time for 3rd party buyers at trustee sales was 65 days (from purchase at auction until closed sale). A lot of these investors buying at t sales are selling in significantly less than 90 days.
