Innovest Resource Management BBB Business Review

Why Our Foreclosure Training Is So Effective

"One-On-One" Instruction Method
Everyone agrees that the best student-to-teacher ratio is a one-on-one basis. That's the way we train--usually just one but never more than two people, at a time. That means you are the focus of our instruction throughout the entire 3 days. And because of it you'll have all of your questions answered and the opportunity to practice and practice analyzing many different foreclosure situations.

Years of "Real World" Foreclosure Experience
We are primarily working professionals dealing exclusively in foreclosure properties. It's a complex, but very profitable niche that we've been specializing in full time since 1982. As a consequence we've acquired a wealth of first hand foreclosure expertise to pass on to you--information that's so lacking from the non-experienced speakers/authors (whose only expertise is in working the lecture circuits).

In addition to our working experience, we go out of our way to stay current in this field via our active participation in our local branch of the California Trustee's Association, our continual attendance to foreclosure seminars hosted by the Continuing Education Of The Bar and our subscriptions to pertinent monthly journals, magazines, etc. And our continual interaction with our alumni helps to keep us abreast with what's happening on a much broader basis too.

Ongoing Availability, Support and Collaboration
We offer ongoing availability to our alumni at no additional cost whatsoever. Whether it's by phone, fax, e-mail, pager, or in-person we give priority to our graduates' calls. It's because oftentimes they're calling about an impending trustee's sale and need an immediate answer or verification concerning something about the deal.

We get together with our alumni, as a group, at least annually, to keep them up-to-date with the ongoing changes in this fascinating field. And whenever any grad wants to individually review some part of the training we're happy to oblige them at no additional cost.

Extensive, Up-To-Date, Foreclosure Training Materials
We provide our trainees with a comprehensive collection of study materials and forms in three phases. First, we send out a package of pre-study foreclosure materials about two weeks before your scheduled 3 Day Training. It serves to give you a good basic understanding and familiarization of the details of the foreclosure process and perks up your inquisitiveness before you arrive for the main course. Upon you arrival you'll receive our foreclosure Resource Manual. It contains all of our copyrighted foreclosure master forms, worksheets, reference materials, etc. It's now close to 900 pages thick. After the training, at our alumni reunions, we hand out free all the updated materials that have been added to the manual since the previous reunion.

Scope and Comprehensiveness of the 3 Day Foreclosure Training Course
Our foreclosure training approach is dramatically different than anyone else's. Where we differ is that we go far beyond just training you in the obvious core of foreclosure skills. We know that you also must have some detailed information on raising cash from investors, getting "hassle free" possession of the foreclosures you buy, rehabbing details to bring about a quick resale, institutional and creative financing issues, reselling skills, etc.
