Hey All,

This forum always seems to give me insight which points me in the right direction. My latest question is whether an HOA can legally charge a transfer fee for a condominium purchased at Trustee Sale. While it is common practice on a traditional escrow to pay these fees, I've never been charged upon purchase at Trustee Sale.

Can anybody help me on this question?
