: I've been flipping for a couple of years and thanks to Ward's training I've done well and enjoyed the ride. I'm wondering what most flippers go into once they are ready for bigger deals. Is it a natural progression for flippers to go into construction / development? JK, The next step is to create a recurring income generator for your retirement. It will probably be something that requires very little of you active time, once it's in place. Examples are mini warehouses or group homes on triple net leases or a clutch of 1br houses rented out to senior citizens on Section 8, etc. Becoming a developer isn't as safe and simple as flipping and after a while the constant uncertainties will get to you.
