Will a regular 4 or 5 bedroom house be sufficient or do you need a huge old Victorian?
What sort of zoning do you need? Will regular residential single-family do? Do they pay
a lot more rent? A 5 bedroom house would ordinarily make a lousy rental because it's way
too expensive to cash flow, but if you had somebody who could afford to pay your PITI plus
take care of the place the long-term equity would be enormous. Any tips on working with
these organizations?
