A triple net lease is one where in addition to the rent, the lessee pays the lessor's property insurance, real estate taxes and ongoing maintenance/repair costs.

A mini warehouse is a property with lots of garage size spaces rented out to individuals for temporary storage of personal and household belongings.

A group home is an over-sized house rented out to social service entities that deal with providing housing for battered women, runaway kids, developmentally disabled, sober living, etc.
