request from bankHi Ward-- I put our own residence into a THT and notified the bank with the letter, a copy of the transfer deed and the certificate of trust. The bank called me and asked for a copy of my trust agreement because they said the trustee was not myself or Nick. I told the representative that the certificate of trust that I provided is all that is needed. She said they needed to see that we were the owners or bene's so I faxed her just the bene page from the trust agreement. Shortly after I received a letter from the bank saying that the title transfer was approved but they included a trust agreement and they said "please have the enclosed trust agreement executed and return it along with a check for $250". I guess since I would not give them my trust agreement they made one up that they want us to sign. How do you suggest I handle this request? Thank you, Follow Ups:
