Cancelation of Escrow

Posted by Tammy Brazil on February 16, 2004 at 1:36 PM

For sale by Owner.. Sold my home to neighbor via standard RE contract-[REcieved NO copy of- STILL] 1/31/04- ...Neighbor put it in Escrow 2/2/04, recieve via mail 2/6/04. I was to pay NO CHARGES WHAT-SO-EVER- due below than reasonable price. That isn't AT ALL What Escrow papers say- OR the 60 day stay allowance after closing!
I Never Signed or Returned Escrow papers- writing & Faxing Escrow to Cancell Imediately- they are bogus! They tell me I can not.I must! [screaming at me via message machine!]
With all the the charges plus mortgage repay etc. I will have'0' left. I never signed Escrow, spoke with, etc.
WHERE AM I HERE? PLEASE HELP!
