: For sale by Owner.. Sold my home to neighbor via standard RE contract-[REcieved NO copy of- STILL] 1/31/04- ...Neighbor put it in Escrow 2/2/04, recieve via mail 2/6/04. I was to pay NO CHARGES WHAT-SO-EVER- due below than reasonable price. That isn't AT ALL What Escrow papers say- OR the 60 day stay allowance after closing! NOW! I cancelled them via telephone/letter Fax to potential buyers/ & Escrow company imediately upon recieving bogus Escrow instructions & contract with additional write-ons & agreements AND DIFFERENCE IN MONIES! . Later got offer via Real Estate Agent signed- Now the previuos poterntial buyers hot/big shot attornery firm- sent me letter I MUST SELL TO THE KOREAN'S NEXT DOOR> they changed the contract to suit their needs after my signature & sent e mails acknowledging Why I Was Mad! Now- Escrow cancelled out for other buyer [really I don't care if it sells now or not! all these hassles!] Does this mean if I ever sell in my lifetime I must sell to them! [attorney says I can not sell to someone else]. I am a single Mom- husband in Nursing home 2.5 years AND WAYY over my head in this. Please! I really need some help!/advice . Thank you
