: For sale by Owner.. Sold my home to neighbor via standard RE contract-[REcieved NO copy of- STILL] 1/31/04- ...Neighbor put it in Escrow 2/2/04, recieve via mail 2/6/04. I was to pay NO CHARGES WHAT-SO-EVER- due below than reasonable price. That isn't AT ALL What Escrow papers say- OR the 60 day stay allowance after closing! Tammy, If you still want to sell, I'd get a good, seasoned real estate agent to represent you to make sure the deal goes down according to your written agreement with a buyer. Yes, there's a commission to pay, but in this market most sellers are successful in adding it on top of what they want.
